TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By contracting any Neus service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from purchasing any of our services. These terms are binding and non-negotiable.
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for your interest in the services provided by Neus – Mix & Master. The following Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of the services available on our website (neussound.com).
SERVICES
The contracted services will be carried out by Neus Mix and Master engineers.
All audio files will be reviewed and prepared for processing. This preparation may include basic noise cleaning and gain staging. However, Neus is not responsible for pitch correction, timing correction, re-recording, quantization, or the repair of poorly recorded material unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted audio files:
Are properly edited and aligned.
Match the correct tempo and structure of the song.
Are free from clipping or technical errors.
Meet the desired production quality standards.
The quality of the final product depends significantly on the quality of the material provided.
All audio files and content submitted by the client remain the sole property of the client. Neus does not claim ownership, publishing rights, royalties, or any intellectual property interest in the submitted material. Neus will not use the client’s material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
By submitting audio files, the client authorizes Neus to process, modify, and manipulate the material as necessary to deliver the contracted service in accordance with professional industry standards. Such processing may alter the original audio signal.
Clients are strongly advised to keep backup copies of all original files prior to submission.
When purchasing services through the secure payment system on neussound.com, the client must follow the instructions provided regarding file delivery. Audio files must be transferred through the email address or method specified during the purchase process.
The final product will be delivered in the same technical specifications (sample rate and bit depth) as the files provided by the client. For example, if the client submits audio at 44.1 kHz and 16-bit, the final product will be delivered with the same specifications. Clients are encouraged to submit files in the highest possible quality to ensure optimal results.
After receiving all required audio files and confirmation of payment, Neus will deliver the final product within 3, 4, or 5 working days, depending on the selected service. Delivery time may be extended by up to seven (7) additional working days if necessary. In such cases, the client will be notified accordingly.
FINAL PRODUCT
MIX
Mixed stems divided into the following groups (if applicable): drums, instrumental, vocals, FX.
Mix Bus (full stereo mix of the complete song).
MASTER
Master Bus (final stereo mastered version of the complete song, stems if possible).
REVISIONS
After delivery of the final product, the client is entitled to two (2) complete and personalized revision rounds within seven (7) working days following delivery.
During this period, the client must specify in detail the aspects of the final product that require modification. All revision requests must be submitted in a single, consolidated communication.
Neus will implement the requested revisions within seven (7) working days from the date the revision request is received and will resend the updated version accordingly.
If no email notifying the intention to request revisions is received within seven (7) working days following delivery, the client forfeits the right to the included revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the two (2) included rounds may be subject to additional fees.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Any data, audio files, or materials provided by the client will be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed, shared, or distributed to third parties for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase through the secure payment system available on neussound.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No work will begin until full payment has been received and confirmed.
All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced. Due to the creative and digital nature of audio production services, refunds cannot be issued after work has started, regardless of whether the final product has been delivered.
If the client fails to provide the required audio files or necessary information within thirty (30) days of purchase, Neus reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.
In the event of a technical failure or inability on Neus’ part to deliver the contracted service, a full or partial refund may be issued at Neus’ discretion.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Neus reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion prior to commencing work. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
