How do I send my song?
After completing your purchase through the secure payment system on neussound.com, you will receive instructions via the email address provided during checkout.
Our team will specify the approved method for transferring your audio files. Work will begin only after full payment has been confirmed and all required files have been properly received.
Please ensure that all files are correctly labeled, consolidated, and exported according to our technical recommendations before submission.
What processes are applied to my mix?
By submitting your audio files, you authorize Neus to process and modify the material as necessary to deliver the contracted service in accordance with professional industry standards.
Processing may include, but is not limited to:
Equalization
Dynamic processing (compression, multiband compression, limiting)
Harmonic enhancement and saturation
Spatial processing (reverb, delay)
Automation and balance adjustments
Parallel and sidechain processing techniques
All processing is intended to enhance clarity, balance, and competitive loudness while preserving the artistic integrity of the track.
We strongly recommend keeping backup copies of your original files prior to submission.
What files do I receive at the end?
Final delivery depends on the service purchased.
Mix Service
Mixed stems divided into the following groups (if applicable):
Drums, Instrumental, Vocals, FXs.
Mix Bus (final stereo mix of the complete song).
Master Service
Master Bus (final stereo mastered version of the complete song) + Stems if possible.
All final files are delivered in .WAV format.
The final product will be delivered using the same sample rate and bit depth as the files provided by the client. For example, if files are submitted at 44.1 kHz / 16-bit, the final product will maintain those specifications. For best results, we recommend submitting files in the highest available quality.
How do revisions work?
After delivery of the final product, the client is entitled to two (2) complete revision rounds within seven (7) working days following delivery.
Revision requests must:
Be submitted via email.
Be clearly detailed.
Be consolidated in a single communication.
Neus will implement the requested revisions within seven (7) working days from the date the revision request is received and will resend the updated version accordingly.
If no email notifying the intention to request revisions is received within seven (7) working days following delivery, the right to the included revisions will be forfeited.
Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds may be subject to additional fees.
How does Neus use my personal data?
Neus collects and processes personal information exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted services, communicating with clients, managing payments, and improving the overall user experience.
The information collected may include name, email address, billing details, and project-related data submitted during the purchase and service process.
All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
Neus does not sell, rent, trade, or transmit client information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Personal information may only be shared with trusted third-party providers strictly necessary for payment processing or technical infrastructure (such as secure payment platforms or hosting services), and solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted service.
