Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my song?

When you contract any of our services through the secure payment system of our website: neuslab.com, our team will contact you through the email address provided during the purchase process to specify the way in which this will make the transfer of audio files online to our databases so that we can perform the different services to which you have agreed.

What processes are carried out on my mixture?

By sending your audio files to our Mix and Master department, you authorise these files to be subjected to all the processes that our staff deems necessary to guarantee an optimal final result in accordance with current quality standards. These processes include the use of equalizers, compressors, limiters, saturators, reverb, delay, dynamic equalizers, multiband compressors, sidechain techniques and parallel signal processing techniques. These actions will modify the original audio signal and are intended to raise its quality to achieve a mix according to today's standards. We also recommend that you keep a backup of these original files on your local storage to avoid any misunderstandings after transferring them.

What files do I receive at the end?

The delivery of the final products, for the Mix and Master services respectively, will be as follows:

Mix:

- Audios mixed by "Stems" (Divided into the groups of: Drums and Percussion, Harmonic Instruments, Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals, Voice Effects and Sound Effects).

- TV Track, Acapella and Instrumental.

- Mix Bus (Audio of the complete mix of the song)

Master:

- TV Track, Acapella and Instrumental.

- Master Bus (Audio of the complete song Mastered)

The quality specifications in which you send the audios, will be the same as the final product (in terms of rate and bit depth), so if you send the audios in a sample rate of 44.100Hz and a bit depth of 16, the final product will be sent to you by our team with the same technical specifications of quality; therefore, make sure that your audio files are sent in the highest possible quality, so that the final product has the same characteristics. All audio files are sent in .Wav format.

What can I do to make a correction?

After delivery of the final product within the established period of time, you will have the right to one (1) complete and personalised correction of the service you have purchased during the 7 working days following delivery of the product, in which you must specify in detail which aspects of the final product you wish to change if necessary, and our team will make the desired changes within 7 working days (from the sending of the corrections) and send you the finished product again. Remember to specify as detailed and clearly as possible each of the corrections you wish to make to your song in order to achieve a satisfactory final result.
