INTRODUCTION

Thank you for your interest in the services of Mix & Neus Master, the following terms and conditions are related to the contracting of the different services available on the website (neuslab.com).

By contracting any Neus service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not contract any of our services. These terms are arbitrary and non-negotiable.

SERVICES

The contracted services will be carried out by our Mix and Master engineers. The files will be received by our editors to clean noise in the audios and make a respective gain structure, however, our editors will not be responsible for the quantization of the sounds or fix audios that have been poorly recorded or have unwanted frequency content, make sure that each of the audios is according to the tempo and duration of your song, and that the recordings have the desired quality, remember that the quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the entire production process. Read carefully all the recommendations specified for each product.

All audio and files provided are and always will be property of the user, Neus will not claim any percentage for them or any kind of intellectual property, nor will it use such content provided by users for lucrative purposes without prior consent.

By sending the audio files to our Mix and Master, you authorise that these files will be subjected to all the processes that our managers deem necessary to guarantee an optimal final result in accordance with current quality standards. These actions will modify the original audio signal and are intended to raise its quality to achieve a Mix according to current standards. It is also recommended to keep a backup of these original files in your local storage to avoid any misunderstanding after the transfer of these files.

When contracting any of our services through the neuslab.com secure payment system, the user must follow the instructions that specify the way in which the user will transfer the audio files online via the e-mail address provided during the purchase process to our databases so that we can carry out the different services to which the user has agreed.

The quality specifications in which the user sends the audios, will be the same as the final product (in terms of sampling frequency and bit depth), so if the user sends the audios in a sampling frequency of 44.100Hz and a bit depth of 16, the final product will be sent by our team with the same technical specifications of quality; make sure that your audio files are sent in the highest possible quality, so that the final product has the same characteristics.

After our team receives the different audio files, we will have a period of 7 working days to make the final delivery of the product to the user according to the services purchased on our platform. However, the delivery time may be extended up to 7 additional working days, in this case, the user will be notified of such change and the final product will

  • Audios mixed by "Stems" (Divided into the groups of: Drums and Percussion, Harmonic Instruments, Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals, Voice Effects and Sound Effects).

  • TV Track, Acapella and Instrumental.

  • Mix Bus (Audio of the complete song Mix )

Master:

  • TV Track, Acapella and Instrumental.

  • Master Bus (Audio of the complete song Mastered)

After delivery of the final product within the established period of time, the user will be entitled to one (1) complete and personalised correction of the service purchased during the 7 working days following delivery of the product, in which he/she must specify in detail what aspects of the final product he/she wishes to change if necessary, and our team will make the desired changes within 7 working days (from the date of sending the corrections) and send the finished product back to the user. Remember to specify as detailed and clearly as possible each of the corrections you wish to make to your product in order to achieve a satisfactory final result.
